My Role

I designed the product experience.

Working with the TavCorp team, I translated the product direction into the visual and interaction experience across the platform.

My contribution:

Product UI/UX
Designed the core product interfaces and user journeys.

Vendor Experience
Designed the business dashboard for managing products, orders, customers, payments and conversations.

Customer Experience
Designed the mobile shopping journey from social discovery to product information and checkout.

Visual System
Established the typography, spacing, components, colours, cards and interaction patterns.

Landing Page
Designed the marketing experience that introduces Syncra and communicates the product clearly.

Small line:

TavCorp handled the broader product strategy and technical direction. I owned the design of the product experience.

The Problem

The Solution

The platform brings structure to the way customers already shop online.

This wasn't designed only for fashion.

Fashion brands · Restaurants · Beauty businesses · Electronics · Lifestyle brands · Retailers · Food businesses · Other ecommerce vendors

The common problem is the same:

Customers are already talking to businesses. Syncra helps businesses turn those conversations into transactions.

Syncra: Structures the customer journey and captures order details.

The User Flow (Customer Experience)

Reflection

Pixel Vault began with a simple observation: our phones are full of moments that matter, yet finding and sharing them is often frustrating. Rather than adding another storage solution, the goal was to rethink the entire experience, from capture to organization to collaboration.

Designing this concept reinforced an important lesson: the best products don't always solve the biggest technical problems. Sometimes, they remove the smallest everyday frustrations that millions of people quietly accept.

If Pixel Vault were taken beyond the concept stage, the next iterations would explore AI-powered auto-tagging, facial recognition (with user consent), timeline-based memory highlights, offline syncing, and collaborative storytelling features that turn shared albums into living digital journals.

At its core, Pixel Vault isn't just about storing photos in the cloud, it's about making memories easier to find, easier to share, and more enjoyable to revisit. That's what turns a storage app into an experience people genuinely want to use.
